On October 24, Warsaw AI Safety Day took place at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw. It was the first conference organised by AI Safety Poland. All tickets sold out, and more than 220 people interested in the safety of artificial intelligence attended the event.

Sofia Yablonskaya, a member of the AI Safety Poland community, has been accepted into the 2027 Winter Fellowship at the Centre for the Governance of AI (GovAI). From January 18 to April 9, 2027, she will work from the organisation's London office, conducting research on Chinese AI law.
August 28, 2026
Warsaw AI Safety Day will take place on October 24, 2026 — the first event in Poland devoted entirely to the safe development of advanced artificial intelligence (AI Safety & Governance). We are planning an event for nearly 250 people. The program focuses primarily on networking, exchanging experiences, building collaborations, mentoring sessions, and discussions with experts. The event is organised by the AI Safety Poland Foundation and SKN EA UW, in collaboration with ML in PL.
